Central Government Employees Housing Co-operative Society has started its operation in 2011. Society Office at No. 132, 2nd floor, K.N Complex, 11th cross, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru-3

CGEHCS -formed by the Central Government employees with the intention to cater the needs and aspirations of housing sites through Co-operative growth.

CGEHCS comprise members from Central Government departments, CPUSs, National Banks and others.

 

The Society has started in the year 2011 and launched its first project named as Chandrasekhar Kambara Layout near Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru. This project was completed within a span of 2 ½ years, the site allotment was given in the layout itself with transparent manner, as per their seniority basis in presence of our Excellency Sri. Dr.Chandrashekhara Kambara, Jnanapitha recipient, poet, playwright, folklorist, film director in Kannada language and the founder-vice-chancellor of Kannada University in Hampi. The registration of site and Khatha to individual had completed immediately without any delay.
